    Exciting things are happening at Regent’s University, London’s only private, not-for-profit University, located in the heart of Regent’s Park.

    Within the University, the Faculty of Business and Management is the largest, with 11 programmes and approximately 70 full-time equivalent staff. While still young, the Faculty has developed excellence in several areas, and has plans for growth.

    We are seeking an organised and proactive Senior PA to provide high-level support to the Dean and Associate Dean. This will include diary management, handling correspondence, preparation of documentation, and secretarial duties for a number of committees.

    As Senior PA:

    • You’ll have experience working at PA level, providing support to senior colleagues, ideally within the Higher Education sector.
    • You will present a professional image of the Faculty at all times and have a customer-focused, can-do attitude.
    • You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, along with excellent organisation and diary management skills.
    • You will be a regular user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), so experience using these on a daily basis is essential.
