Building your brand library

What is a brand library?

Your brand library is a place within nthuse to store all your company’s employer brand assets, like logos, fonts, colours, images and videos. It’s a useful way to keep your brand consistent across all your nthuse web content. The brand library will help you to:

  • Make sure all your nthuse designs are on brand
  • Save time when designing your content
  • Keep all your employer brand assets in one place

This article will show you how to effectively build and manage your brand library to get the best results.

What can I store in my brand library?

Your brand library can store pretty much anything linked to your employer brand. From brand assets like logos, fonts and colours to content like images, video and employee testimonials. You can store all the following in your brand library:

  • Images
  • Videos
  • Testimonials
  • Social media accounts
  • Awards
  • Locations
  • Logos
  • Colours
  • Fonts

Setting up your brand library

We’ll help you collect your brand identity when you set up a new company or create your account in nthuse. Enter your company homepage or careers page, and we’ll fetch everything useful.

We do this by looking for your brand assets within the code of the specific web page you provided. You can re-run the web import on any web page at any time.

  1. Create a free or premium nthuse account
  2. Type your website address or careers page address
  3. Click Fetch
  4. We’ll search the page for brand assets and automatically import them into your brand library.
  5. Click Check the important stuff
  6. Or click Start again if you want to try a different web page
  7. Review the primary logo, colour and font we found for your brand. We use these to customise your design themes to your brand style.
  8. To change your primary logo, colour and font, click Change
  9. Choose the right option and click Continue. Don’t worry if you can’t find the option you’re looking for. You can upload new assets at any time.
  10. Click All set. To my dashboard.
