Setting up Zapier with nthuse

What is Zapier?

Zapier is the bridge between the world’s most popular web apps. It helps you connect nthuse to the rest of your recruitment, HR and marketing tech without writing a lick of code.

Zapier lets you set up automated workflows called Zaps that pass info between your web apps. It moves information automatically, so you can focus on your most important work.

How can I use Zapier with nthuse?

You can use Zapier to trigger actions in over 1000 applications (like Trello, MailChimp and Slack) whenever any of the following things happen in nthuse:

  • You post a new job
  • You get an application for a job
  • You promote a job

Here are some examples:

  • Trigger an onboarding email workflow in MailChimp whenever someone applies for a job
  • Update your to-do list on Trello when you post a new job
  • Send your team a Slack message

Getting started

While we’re in beta, our Zapier connection is set to private. This means you can still set up all the automations you want, but you won’t find us in the Zapier app directory for now.

To start setting up your Zapier workflows, just email us at help@nthuse.com. We’ll send you the invite to our private connection and talk you through setting up your first workflow.
