Jobs and templates are two separate entities in nthuse.
Templates provide the content, layout and structure for your adverts. You can create as many templates as you want, and once you’ve created a template, you can use it for as many job adverts as you want.
Use your template to set the styling for your advert and add content, like employee quotes, social media links, information about your company and awards. Because your template can be used for multiple job adverts, you won’t be able to edit the job title, job details or the job description. Instead, you’ll just see placeholder text. To edit these details, you need to create a Job.
A job is created when you add your job details (like salary, job title and description) to one of your templates. This makes your final, enhanced job advert. To create a job, you need to have created a template first.
You can’t edit the template’s design or content while creating a job. If you want to make changes to the template, save and close your job, then navigate to your Template section.
So in summary…
You need to have a template set up in order to create a job. Add your job details and description to your template of choice and you have your job ad. Easy!
